Destiny Chart (“we”, “us”, “the app”) is operated by Freedom Life Coach Ltd, a company registered in New Zealand. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Birth details you enter — your birth date, time, and place. We use these solely to calculate your BaZi chart and readings.
• Account information — if you create an account, we store an identifier (such as your email or a sign-in token) so your chart and preferences sync across sessions.
• Subscription status — if you subscribe, purchases are processed by Apple. We receive your subscription status, not your payment card details.
• Usage and diagnostic data — basic, aggregated information about how the app is used and crash reports, to keep the app stable.

How we use your information

• To generate your BaZi chart, Destiny Card, and readings.
• To provide daily guidance and, if you opt in, notifications.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app.
• To respond to support requests.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your birth details for advertising.
• We do not share your data except with the service providers needed to run the app (for example, cloud hosting and, if you subscribe, Apple).

AI-powered readings

Some readings are generated with the help of AI language models. When you request a reading, the relevant details of your chart may be sent to a trusted AI provider to produce the text. This data is used only to generate your reading and is not used to train third-party models.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, and we retain it only for as long as needed to provide the service.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account from within the app, which removes your saved chart data.

Children

Destiny Chart is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
