Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Freedom Life Coach Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in New Zealand (Company No. 8480877, NZBN 9429050843992), for your use of the Destiny Chart app and this website. By using Destiny Chart you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Destiny Chart is — and what it is not

Destiny Chart calculates a BaZi (Four Pillars) chart from the moment of your birth and offers interpretations of it, including text generated with the help of an AI language model.

Destiny Chart is for self-reflection and entertainment only. Nothing in the app — no reading, no rating, no daily guidance, no AI reply — is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and none of it should be relied upon as a prediction of future events. Decisions about your health, your money, your relationships, your career, or anything else that matters are yours alone, and where they are serious you should consult a qualified professional.

Readings are produced by an algorithm and by a language model. They may be wrong. They may contradict each other. Do not treat them as fact.

Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Destiny Chart only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Subscriptions

Destiny Chart is free to download. Some features require Destiny Chart Pro, an auto-renewing subscription offered in two options:

• Monthly — US$6.99 per month
• Yearly — US$39.99 per year

Prices are shown in your local currency inside the app and may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time: on your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Destiny Chart. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies, not by us. Any unused portion of a free trial, if one is offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your content and your charts

The birth details you enter, and the charts you save, belong to you. They are stored on your device; we do not hold a copy. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what leaves your phone and when.

If you enter birth details for another person, you confirm that you are entitled to do so.

Our content

The app, its calculation engine, its written interpretations, its designs, and the Destiny Chart name and logo are ours and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share the cards and PDFs the app produces. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app’s content or engine, or use it to build a competing product or to train a machine-learning model.

Acceptable use

Do not use Destiny Chart to break the law, to harass anyone, to attempt to overload or circumvent our servers or fair-use limits, or to extract our content in bulk. We may limit or end your access to “Ask AI” if we detect abuse.

Availability

We do our best to keep the app working, but we do not promise that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. “Ask AI” depends on a third-party provider and may be unavailable, rate-limited, or discontinued. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including the free “Ask AI” allowance, at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destiny Chart is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that any interpretation, rating, timing, or prediction is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any decision you make in reliance on the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, or under any consumer protection law of your country that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Apple

This agreement is between you and Freedom Life Coach Ltd only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Destiny Chart or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you inside the app. Continuing to use Destiny Chart after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
